Job summary

A leading consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking an IT Technical Executive to provide technical support to learners and staff. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and assisting with operating system setups. Location: Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang
Working hour: 830am-6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to $3080 per month
Period: 6 months

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level technical support to Leaners and Staff through various communication channels (Microsoft team, phone, email and in person).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher level support teams as necessary and follow up on their resolution.
  • Assist with operating system preparation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, access rights and permissions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to address major IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
  • Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure data security and privacy by adhering to company policies and best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude while assisting end-users with their IT-related needs.
