GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be part of the IT Business Management Office based in Singapore, supporting Singapore, Hong Kong, India & Zurich locations. The role involves Financial Management, Contract Management, Onboarding and Offboarding of employees and other business management activities for the IT Department.
KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Executive Support
- Calendar and Meeting Support for CIO and Deputy
- Travel booking and Travel Claims
- Event and department activities support including Townhall, Brown Bag, CIO talks etc
People Management
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of IT resources from end to end on a timely manner.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are in place.
- Work closely with HR department to ensure seamless resources boarding process.
- Ensure all IT resources comply to BJB time booking system on a timely manner.
Business Management
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank and ensure compliance with IT financial governance process and accounting policies.
- Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
- Support year end processing
Contract Management
- Responsible for maintenance of the global contract database
- Support IT contract review, coordinate with Procurement and Legal for contracts, coordinate resource contract renewal, and other contract administration activities
- Support contract renewal for year-end purpose
- Responsible for periodic management reports such as Business Management reporting
- Provide support to various ad-hoc BMO activities as necessary.

- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Personal and Social
- Good communication and inter-personal skills;
- Strong analytical skills and able to work with complex financial data
- Team player and independent worker
Professional and Technical
- More than 5 years of experience in business management function covering financials and contract management, preferably in banking sector
- Strong financial management knowledge and experience. Sound understanding of local accounting standards
- Prior working experience with Legal and Procurement on contractual negotiations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience working with dashboarding tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Knowledge of Access and VBA macro an advantage
