Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot system issues related to planning structures, reports, dashboards, and data loads
• Manage planning models, and collaborate closely with business users across HR and Finance.
• Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of experience, including strong hands‑on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (both Financial and Workforce), managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing Adaptive Planning models.
• Have experience in performing L2 / 3 system support and maintenance, with experience in supporting planning cycles, bottom‑up planning, and scenario modeling.
• Experience must include user provisioning and security administration in Adaptive Planning, building dashboards and analytics for HCM and Finance data.
• Familiarity with Workday HR and Finance business process is a must.
• Strong preference for individuals with prior experience in Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Reporting, and Workday Integrations.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
