Responsibilities

Our client, a leading organization in the banking and financial services sector, is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who specializes in Microsoft Power Automate and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance workflow productivity, and support key digital transformation initiatives.

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows).
• Build, integrate, and maintain automation solutions across banking operational systems and processes.
• Develop API‑based integrations and connectors between internal and external systems.
• Work with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement solutions on Microsoft Azure including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Service Bus.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation flows and cloud components.
• Ensure solutions meet bank’s security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (IT, business operations, digital transformation) to drive automation adoption.
• Prepare documentation, deployment guides, and support materials for automation solutions.

Skills / Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in automation engineering, workflow automation, or cloud integration roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services such as:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
• Azure Service Bus / Event Grid (good to have)
• Experience building REST APIs, connectors, or system integrations.
• Good understanding of cloud security, authentication (OAuth, Azure AD), and governance frameworks.
• Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced banking environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
