Job Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Setup accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Deploy windows updates, patches and group policies
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Formulate SOP with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Min 1 year experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Good knowledge of Cisco, Windows OS, servers, and Active Directory management
• Hands‑on experience with system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP)
