Job summary

An international law firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Analyst to provide technical support and maintain the firm's infrastructure. Job description

An international law firm in Singapore is looking for a IT Analyst, responsible for providing expert technical support, maintaining critical firm infrastructure, and contributing to the deployment of new legal technologies and security protocols across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first and second-line point of contact for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, remote access, telecommunications) within the Singapore office, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to legal operations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local servers, networking equipment, desktop environments, and mobile devices, adhering to global IT standards.
  • Provide support for core legal and business applications.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of firm-wide IT security policies, including data protection, encryption, and adherence to legal regulatory requirements.
  • Onboarding & Training: Configure new user devices, set up accounts, and conduct training for new hires on firm applications and IT best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support or Analyst role, preferably within a professional services environment (Law Firm, Finance, Consulting).
  • Experience supporting legal-specific applications and familiarity with IT Service Management systems and best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
