We are looking for ISO/HSE Support Admin Assistant to support our ISO, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) operations. This role is suitable for junior candidates with relevant exposure as well as those with 1 year of experience in quality, safety, or ISO-related administrative work.

📍 Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
💰 Salary: Up to S$3,000
5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and organize QHSE / HSE documents and records
  • Update ISO files, safety reports, and compliance documents
  • Assist with audits, certifications, and site / management visits
  • Support safety management system tracking and compliance activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or GCE “O” Level (English credit required)
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (quality, safety, ISO, or compliance-related work)
  • Basic knowledge of QHSE / ISO / Safety systems is an advantage (training can be provided)
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
