Job summary

A HR advisory agency in Singapore is searching for an HSE Officer to uphold safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating QHSSE accreditation, conducting internal audits, and providing training. Candidates should have at least 1 year of safety officer experience and hold WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health. This role requires knowledge of ISO 9001 and entails being the Safety Officer in the office. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of $3,000 - $3,800.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a safety officer is required.
• Certification in Workplace Safety and Health at Level B is essential.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and uphold Company’s QHSSE accreditation including ISO 9001.
• Conduct Internal Audits for Company’s Internal Work Process.
• Provide periodical refresher training on Internal SOPs.
• Act as Safety Officer in the Office, including duties of Fire Warden & First Aider.
