• Lead merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions.
• Assist Head of Investment Banking in deal origination and evaluation.

Job description

• Leading the execution of IPOs, RTOs, Privatization, Fund‑Raising and other corporate finance transactions
• Leading the execution of merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions
• Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time

Job Requirements

• Recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
• 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience
• Have experience in leading IPO executions where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or "Sponsor" in the IPO
• Have M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
