Job Summary: The Investment Associate support senior finance director in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to clients and investment partners. This includes client relationship support, portfolio administration, financial planning coordination, and ensuring a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support & Relationship Management: Serve as key point of contact for clients on administrative and operational matters. Assist in onboarding new clients, including KYC/AML documentation and account setup. Coordinate and attend client meetings, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and data.
  • Portfolio & Investment Support: Assist in preparing investment proposals, asset allocation reports, and client review materials. Monitor client portfolios and work with portfolio managers to ensure alignment with investment goals. Help execute client instructions related to trades, transfers, or account maintenance.
  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Support the development of financials plans, retirement projections, and cash flow analyses. Generate performance reports and other customized client reporting as needed.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all client activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support audits and reviews by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
