Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory management and lead the inventory team. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, developing SOPs, and ensuring smooth operational flow. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years of related experience and proficiency in Excel. The position requires working on rotating shifts, offering a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Ability to work on a monthly rotating shift and perform overtime on public holidays and weekends.

Job description

Our Client:

• Logistics
• Mon – Fri, Monthly Rotating Shift
• Tampines
• Basic up $3400 + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP system, overseeing daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock takes
• Monitor slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock, recommending corrective actions to improve inventory health
• Lead, train, and supervise the inventory control team while working closely with operations and suppliers for smooth inventory flow
• Develop and enhance inventory SOPs, identify process improvements, and drive initiatives to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehouse & Inventory Management or relevant discipline
• Min 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with hands‑on proficiency in Excel preferred
• Able to work on a monthly rotating shift and perform OT on PH and weekends
• Only Singaporean may apply
