Key Responsibilities
  • Reorganise the current store and inventory in the workshop.
  • Take ownership of digitalising and automating store processes.
  • Improve work processes to reduce human-to-human contact in all store-related activities to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory transactions.
  • Maintain stock levels and reorder items as needed.
  • Issue materials and items to various departments as requested.
  • Organise and maintain cleanliness in the store and warehouse areas.
  • Perform quarterly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor for damaged or expired items and follow proper disposal procedures.
  • Coordinate with all departments regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Take full ownership of all inventory items in the store and workshop.
Essential Requirements
  • Some experience in logistics.
  • Possessing a forklift license will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with ERP systems.
  • Computer literate.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of logistics.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
