Job summary

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing projects for end user workspace to enhance the experience of collaboration, mobility, performance, security, and service levels.
• Contribute to the development of client computing engineering, and digital workspace strategy and roadmap.
• Contribute to the development of standards and policies for client endpoint computing standards (i.e. Microsoft Windows and mobility), Intune device management, Purview Information Protection and application control,
• Provide expertise to regional teams on modernized end user computing tools and workspaces, and collaborate with Tokyo Head Office teams.
• Partner with project teams to deliver key projects that support the Bank's transformation initiatives, and align client endpoint computing platform architecture, solution, processes, standards,services delivery, and coordinate with internal teams on delivery plans for key initiatives.
• As a solution architect, contribute to the development and realize all target architectures.
• Develop documentation for all target architectures and solution, and prepare and present project progress/shop reports.
• Ensure project status and progress reports are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience supporting IT End User Service organization.
• Microsoft certification is mandatory especially certification in M365, Endpoint Administrator, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Azure certification, Azure Administrator or MSCA/MCSE.
• ITIL Certification with a good understanding of ITIL change, Problem & Incident Management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft365, Group Policy, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Active Directory Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
• Knowledge in Modern Authentication architecture such as Single Sign-On between cloud-based & on-premise systems.
• Experience and practical working knowledge with End User Technology including Virtual Desktop Delivery Systems (VDI), SCCM/Intune/MECM, etc.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge in End User Technology areas including Windows 10/11 OS build deployment & support, file and print, Unified Communication and Collaboration tools, software assessment and compatibility verification on Windows devices.
• Good technical knowledge on device management platforms such as Intune, Windows Application Controls etc.
• Good technical knowledge on Purview Information Protection.
• Proven experience working in solutioning, architecture, design of client computing Operating System/VDI image engineering, testing and deployment.
• Proven experience in project collaboration and delivery of key initiatives.
• Prior working experience in a bank or financial institution is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
