Job summary

A leading interior fit out specialist in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from pre-construction to completion. You will coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of project management experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves multiple stakeholders and dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior fit out / renovation projects within hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with project management.
• Familiar with local authority submissions, approvals, and site safety requirements.

Job description

Our client is a well established interior fit out and hospitality retrofit specialist with a strong regional presence. They work closely with hotel operators, developers, and consultants to deliver refurbishment and renovation projects that balance design intent, operational requirements, and buildability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver interior renovation and fit out projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, approvals, and milestones are met
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
• Ensure all works comply with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
• Monitor site progress, identify risks or delays, and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients and internal management
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in interior fit out / renovation projects, preferably within hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of site coordination, construction sequencing, and contractor management
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work within live or operational environments (an advantage)
• Familiar with local authority submissions, approvals, and site safety requirements
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience with project management
