Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to manage projects and liaise with clients. This role involves preparing and presenting design solutions while ensuring quality control on-site. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Interior Design or Architecture, along with software knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCad, and others. Experience in project management and the ability to read structural drawings are essential. This position offers a salary range of SGD2,800 - SGD4,200.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of design software like Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-ray, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read structural drawings and have project coordinating experience.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and needs.
  • Prepare, propose and present designs and solutions to clients.
  • Supervise work progress and conduct site inspections.

Job Tittle: Architectural Coordinator

  • Salary: SGD2,800 - SGD4,200

  • Location: Jurong East

  • Working Day & Time: Monday– Friday (9am – 6pm)

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and needs

  • Prepare, propose and present the designs and solutions to clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs

  • Research on materials selections and perform products sourcing

  • Conduct on-site inspection and work closely with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced

  • Supervise work progress to ensure that projects are followed and completed within the schedule

  • Manage new and existing projects to achieve client’s needs and project objective

  • Conduct site surveys & prepare site reports

Requirements
  • Degreein Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent

  • Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-ray and Microsoft Office

  • Able to read structural drawings and have project coordinating experience

  • With experience in architectural coordination or project management role

  • Class 3 License is an advantage
