Job summary

A leading interior design firm in Singapore is looking for a results-driven individual to join their team. The role involves ensuring project compliance, overseeing document management, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Interior Design, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong planning and interpersonal skills. This position may require occasional on-site visits and is focused on delivering exceptional design experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in interior design.
• Experience in retail shop design and layout is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drawings comply with authorities' requirements.
• Control and manage documents for consistent quality.
• Responsible for planning, implementation, and completion of projects.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct technical meetings for on-site issues and progress.

• Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
