The successful candidate will be involved in space planning and design conceptualization, with at least 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovation and knowledge of Google Sketch-up. This role includes high quarterly commission and year-end bonus, along with a competitive salary range of SGD 3.5k to SGD 4.5k. Interior Designer (Commercial Project)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Near Redhill MRT
Salary: $ 3.5k - $ 4.5k + High Quarterly Commission + Year-End Bonus

Responsibilities

• Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications to clients
• Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
• Tracks and coordinates project progress from inception to completion

Requirements

• Certification / Diploma in Interior Design
• At least 5 years experience in commercial interior renovation
• Knowledge of Interior Design Software - Google Sketch-up
• Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works
