What You Will Do

• Take charge of renovation project sales, supported by verified project leads—no cold calling required.
• Work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle needs and create practical yet stylish space planning & design proposals.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including site supervision, scheduling, and coordination, to ensure smooth delivery.
• Plan detailed workflow schedules so projects are completed on time.
• Partner with trusted sub‑contractors and suppliers to deliver high‑quality results.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client emails and phone enquiries.
• Visit job sites regularly to monitor quality and progress.
• Ensure a successful handover of projects and client satisfaction.

What You Must Have & Nice To Have

• NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, though applicants without formal qualifications are welcome. We value skills and attitude.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
