Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences.The SEA Marcom team in Singapore develops and manages world-class marketing communication efforts that support Apple’s rapid growth in the region. This includes all consumer-facing communications across localization, advertising, social, retail, partner, interactive and digital platforms, as well as support for video and motion graphics.

Description

As Integrated Project Manager, you will be driving multiple creative projects, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing projects across film, content, print, digital and social media, supporting creative excellence throughout ideation, presentation, and production. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of creative excellence.

Responsibilities
  • This role will co-ordinate cross-functionally and collaborate closely with internal and agency partners, supporting the strategic, creative, and production goals of our brand and functional teams.
  • Elevate the creative, be innovative in supporting the ideation, sell-in and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming creative and production projects and responsible for assigning creative and integrated project management resources.
  • Work with the Marcom Ops Manager and Integrated PMs to forecast creative and production staffing. Secure additional team members or vendors as needed.
  • Develop a network of preferred freelancers, creative agencies, production vendors to enhance SEA’s creative capabilities and / or production to execute all types of projects to the highest standards efficiently.
  • Drives pre-production alignment, collates the asset production plan, ensuring the plans align to deadlines and annual / quarterly budget plans.
  • Have a holistic view of the project status and be accountability for timely creative approvals, production and delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate challenges and smooths the path of project execution by timely engagement of appropriate production partners at the right moments.
  • Continuously strive to improve on the delivery process and contribute towards building a delivery focused organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency, or production company.
  • Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print, and digital.
  • Experience in the cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives including strong project management skills across large scale marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong working relationships within the creative and production community and an in-depth knowledge of working across the creative and production life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong marketing communications expertise at both a strategic and executional level.
  • Have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills. You know who needs to know what and when and never leave anyone in the dark.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to complex problems, with a solutions-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a dynamic and highly matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, applying common sense and a respectful approach.
  • Relevant experience supporting SEA markets will be beneficial
  • University degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent experience
