Job Responsibilities

• To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers
• To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
• To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
• Handle customer's objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
• To perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement
