Overview

We are seeking meticulous and driven individuals to join our team as an Insurance Executive. In this role, you will manage client relationships within our Motor Insurance portfolio, with a primary focus on managing policy issuances/placements across various insurance partners.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage new business policy issuance and placements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Update transactions into the system promptly, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Ensure proper documentation and records of policies in compliance with the company and industry standards
  • Maintain high service standards by ensuring accuracy in policy documentation
  • Manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders when necessary
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
  • Juniors are welcomed (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • Similar experience in insurance agencies/brokers will be a bonus
  • CGI professional certification will also be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
  • Customer-centric service focus and keen to learn with positive work attitude
  • Takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
