Job description
What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and send quotations for new/pre‑owned passenger and commercial vehicles to sales consultants/external customers.
  • Activate policy, process policy, scan documents, do endorsements, file and update database for insurance.
  • Furnish comparison quotes for existing/external customers.
  • Handle insurance enquiries from customers via e‑mail/WhatsApp/main line and communicate with insurers for quotes and renewals.
  • Generate and update renewal Excel monthly for all partner insurers.
  • Send and follow up renewal notice with existing customers.
  • Update month‑end reports.
  • Handle in‑house motor fleet and its related operations.
  • Handle in‑house motor trade policy for named drivers – addition and removal.
  • Quote and handle non‑motor insurance products (e.g., travel insurance, home, maid, commercial lines products).
  • Any other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
What we’re looking for
