Job summary

A leading insurance firm in Singapore is seeking a Broking Admin Support to provide essential administrative support to brokers and account executives. Responsibilities include processing insurance documents, preparing renewal reports, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a diploma or equivalent in a related discipline, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position requiring good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task, be independent, meticulous and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to insurance brokers and account executives.
  • Prepare and process insurance documents including slips, cover notes, endorsements, debit notes and claims.
  • Prepare upcoming policy renewal report and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly income reports.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
  • Ensure documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.

Education
