A global Japanese materials company based in Singapore is looking for a technical support specialist to assist customers and internal teams with polymer applications and materials. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of injection molding and polymers. 🕘 8:30am - 5:15pm (5 days)

Salary

Salary: Up to $5,500 (Basic) + $370 (Allowance) + AWS + VB

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams on plastics materials and applications.
• Help customers choose the right materials and compare competitor materials.
• Perform tests and analysis (mechanical/physical) to support product development.
• Investigate and troubleshoot material/application problems.
• Work with sales teams to support business development plans.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and new technologies.
• Support application development by providing data and insights to customers/R&D.
• Participate in customer molding trials and trade shows.
• Able to travel regularly across ASEAN / India.
• Must have injection molding & polymer knowledge.
