Job description

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedure for Process Analyzer Systems based on project specification and requirement.
• To conduct in-house testing of Process Analyzer system as per project requirement.
• To perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Process Analyzer system as per approved procedure.
• To ensure that testing records and other related technical documents for each analytics system are kept and maintained in the department documentation system
• To ensure ownership of and compliance to all departments and company initiatives
• To provide technical support to field service engineer, liaise with supplier and OEM to support service engineer for troubleshooting.
• To support the department training initiatives and assist in developing the skills of new engineers and technicians
• To support the department initiatives on customer service, best practices, testing methods, documentation, job planning.
• To support the company initiatives on safety and continuous improvement
