• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, certificate management, and disaster recovery testing.
• Provide second-level support and manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with SLA and ITIL processes.
• Support infrastructure projects, capacity planning, performance tuning, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least a NITEC in IT or related certifications
• Strong hands-on experience with network, security, data centre, and cloud environments.
• Able to support 24×7 operations, including shifts and disaster recovery exercises.
