Job description

·Part of the CapitaLand Infra Operation team toprovide support for all activities related to Server infrastructure and cloudplatform.

·Work with CapitaLand IT project teams, vendors, andmanagement to ensure a smooth and secured running of Cloud network services.

·Responsible for driving preventative maintenanceand root cause identification

·Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area ofdesign, deployment, operation and management of key systems; Privileged AccountManagement (PAM) Solution (Cyberark), IT Service Management (ITSM) Solution (SMAX,ServiceNow), Security and Compliance Solution ( Qualys) and Cloudinfrastructure.

·Collaborate within the team to improve theoperational automation for infrastructure operation works.

·Engage uses and stakeholders to proactivelyfulfil their business needs.

·Manage budget and other administrativefunctions

·Governing the services provided by suppliers toensure contract obligation are delivered and SLA are met.

·Review and approve of changes affecting CapitaLand infrastructurethrough ITSM process.

·Part of Infra Operation team to drive Business Continuityand IT Discovery Plan.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the equivalent operations and systems administrative roles, inclusive of 3+ years’ leadership and managing outsourced vendor experience.
• Certification/experience with ServiceNow, Cyberark, Qualys Solution, VMware virtualization, AWS and Azure Cloud Platform will be preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft solution architecture, operation, and administration
• Good understanding of ITIL process, Cyber securitybest practices.
• Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure and/or emerging ITtechnologies engineering in the following area:Azure Cloud Platform, AWS, Microsoft AD services and VMwarevirtualization.
• Strong working knowledge and ability to applyarchitecture concepts, frameworks and methodologies to projects
• Possess Strong vendor management experience.
• A team-oriented self-starter, resourceful with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experienced ITprofessional, clear understanding of IT operations, and experience inoptimizing such operations
• Good written and verbal communication, able tointeract professionally with all levels of the organization.
