Job description
Responsibilities
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).
  • Administrative purchases and cost control of hardware (mobiles, smartphones, notebooks, PCs, etc.) and third‑party software solutions.
  • Coordinate, control and implement user rights and user management with the IT Coordinator.
  • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and computer equipment.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.).
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs and maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee all IT assets by keeping a current inventory of hardware and software.
  • Identify equipment shortages and place orders.
  • Assist in setup, coordination, and maintenance of CCTV on construction sites.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
