Overview
Job Title: Indoor Sales Support (ID1681)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm. (5.5 days work week with Saturday working from home if required)
Salary: $3000-$4000
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales quotations & proposals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business growth areas.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team on promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in Supply chain/Freight Forwarding is an advantage.
