Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and Maintenance, Repair and Operations items. They are currently seeking an Indoor Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and meet revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc.) to post-sales and identify any potential sales opportunities
  • Reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities
  • Qualify leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team, and departmental KPIs
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making
  • Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers
