Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and Maintenance, Repair and Operations items. They are currently seeking an Indoor Sales Executive/ Telesales Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc.) to post-sales and identify any potential sales opportunities
- Reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities
- Qualify leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities
- Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team, and departmental KPIs
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making
- Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers

Requirements & Preferences
Must
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in mechanical automation products
- Results-driven and self-motivated for new challenges
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
Advantageous
- Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools
