Qualifications

• Ability to prepare shipping documents and manage logistics.

Scope

1. Conduct Incoming Inspection willI appropriate inspection tools and technique.
2. Prepare Incoming Inspection cards.
3. Record and maintain relevant information for incoming traceability requirements.
4. Compile and update monthly incoming rejection report and report to Superior.
5. Manage Calibration activities.

• Sourcing of suppliers
• Selection of suppliers
• Evaluation of suppliers
• Coordinate with individual Process Owners
• Register/De-register of Equipment
• Management of Equipment flow
• Management of Calibration Report

Principal Accountabilities

1. Duly inspect certify that parts comply to require specifications and standards.
2. Report Quality problenIs during incoiiiing inspection.
3. Manage Certificate of Conformity.
4. Issuance of CoC (Aerospace)
5. Understanding of As9100 QMS
6. Understanding of ISO/IEC-17050 Requirement
7. Monitor & negotiate cost related to logistic & Calibration.
8. Handling with Delivery / Collection personnel for Calibration.
9. Preparation of Shipping Documents and Handling of packaging.
