Contract Duration: Yearly renewable or convertible to permanent based on performance and project needs (current term until 31 December 2025)

Location: Clarke Quay office

Hours: Monday to Fridays, office hours

Responsibilities:

  • Customer relations duties, respond to incoming enquiries through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarify
  • Interpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
  • Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems
