You'll be responsible for handling TradeNet permit applications, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain Management with 0-2 years of experience. Experience with US Customs Regulations is a plus. The position offers a salary range of $3000 - $4000 with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent required.
• 0 - 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
• Experience in US Customs Regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of import/export and transshipment documents.
• Handle TradeNet permit applications, amendments, and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with controlled/prohibited items regulations.
• Apply correct HS codes and duty/tax calculations.
• Process Certificates of Origin and Free Trade Agreement applications.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers for timely clearance.
• Maintain accurate shipment records for audits.
