A next-gen payments partner in Singapore is seeking an Implementation Manager for a fixed-term role. Are you a fluent Mandarin and English speaking Implementation Manager who delivers customer focused solutions?
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join us in our Singapore office on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. You will own the delivery of a portfolio of new and existing client projects and programmes through all of stages mentioned above.
You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties (issuers, schemes, card bureaus and suppliers) to document and agree requirements, document proposed configuration to meet those requirements, identify ways to phase delivery to aid the client in realising revenue, configure our platform accordingly, assist in their integration using Thredd infrastructure and API’s and test cards and products to ensure they work as expected.
Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance. This Implementations Manager position requires you to be in the Singapore office minimum two days per week.
