Job summary

Accounts Executive ($3500 - $4000)

Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, P&L and balance sheet.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage billing, collections, payments, and cash flow monitoring.
• Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or project finance

Accounts Manager (Ups to $6000)

Job Scope:

• Manage daily finance operations, ensuring timely payments and receipts
• Review and implement financial and accounting policies to support efficient operations
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and consolidate group financial reports and provide regular updates to Management
• Analyse and forecast the Company’s financial performance
• Plan, coordinate, and manage annual audits
• Liaise with corporate secretary, bankers, tax agents, and other external parties
• Manage cash flow and optimise working capital
• Handle ad-hoc finance, accounting tasks, and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in the retail or F&B industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP system.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation is required
