Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in insurance, asset management, or financial services, focusing on ILPs and fund marketing.
• Deep understanding of investment-linked insurance products and unit-linked fund structures.
• Proven track record in growing ILP businesses through distribution and marketing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive ILP/investment products business growth and fund AUM.
• Implement growth strategies across all channels aligned with customer needs.
• Lead marketing campaigns with strong positioning and differentiated storytelling.
• Design and deliver training programs for sales force competency in investment and ILP.
• Collaborate on financial planning seminars to drive growth.
