Job Description

Responsible for the daily activities of the Operations Department.

Job Function

• Project Management
  • Attend site meetings / handover
  • Perform site measurements & take off measurement from plans/drawings
  • Survey job sites before installation
  • Monitor on‑going projects
  • Inspect job site upon completion of project
  • Ensure safe practices at job sites
• Management of Sub‑Contractors (Installers)
  • Brief Installers on job specifications
  • Monitor & supervise Installers, ensuring that job is completed according to specifications and safety standards
  • Monitor wastage level & evaluate Installers’ performance regularly
  • Investigate all negative feedback on Installers
  • Certify invoices and job done by Installers meet requirements and quality standards
• Customer Satisfaction
  • Attend to complaints & feedback on installation by Customers
  • Resolve all site problems with Installers & Sales Staff.
  • Collate market feedback on Installation and products
• Undertake improvement initiatives related to main job functions
• Attend to other duties as may be assigned.
