Job summary

A local ICT support services company seeks an ICT Support Specialist in Singapore. Your role involves providing daily ICT and audiovisual support, assisting with project implementation, and conducting staff training. Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT and AV support in coordination.
• Support ICT and AV project implementation, including vendor coordination and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ICT policies and standards.
• Maintain ICT asset records and coordinate equipment loans.
• Support preliminary checks, documentation, and quotation requests for ICT and AV equipment.
• Update and maintain the website via system.
• Provide basic technical support to staff, including troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and network connectivity.
• Conduct ICT training or briefings for staff and students, including preparation of training materials.
• Support setup and operation of AV systems for assemblies and school events.
• Assist with photography, videography, and live-streaming for school activities, where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of ICT-related experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Experience in ICT project support, asset management, and website administration.
• Familiarity with AV systems, video editing, and live-streaming tools.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to handle ICT equipment and setup tasks when required.
