Job summary

A leading manpower service provider is seeking a candidate in Singapore for a role focused on managing and supporting ICT/AVA operations. Responsibilities include resource tracking, providing technical support for staff and students, and assisting in school projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in AV/IT support. The contract is for 10 months, with specified working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track ICT/AVA resources and inventory.
• Support daily ICT/AVA operations including setup and maintenance.
• Provide technical support for staff and students.

Job description

• Manage and track ICT/AVA resources and inventory; maintain repair and loan records.

Support daily ICT/AVA operations, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Assist in school ICT/AVA projects, vendor management, and administrative tasks.

Provide technical support for staff and students, including device guidance and classroom AV/IT assistance.

Support school events, online learning, and preventive IT/AVA measures.

Requirement:

At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.

Experiences in AV/IT support, Basic knowledge of trou... etc

Duration/ Working hours:

10 months contract ( 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
