A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a trainee for their Ice Cream R&D Unit. The role offers exposure to the end-to-end innovation process, including research on consumer behavior, project management, and participation in innovation workshops. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates from relevant fields and must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents graduating in CY2024 or CY2025. We are a small team of around 10 people, responsible for developing new ice cream products for markets out of Asia, North America and Latin America regions. The responsibilities for this R&D team comprises of supporting markets and business units in front-end innovation work, product development and project management for launches, as well as technical support in sensory profiling and other engineering and manufacturing assistance.
The trainee will have an exposure to the end-to-end innovation process that the R&D Ice Cream unit undertakes.
Degree or background in marketing/ business/ innovation-related studies or work experience would be ideal.
