Responsibilities

• Responsible for post-sales activities of Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations.
• Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching knowledgebase articles/known issues.
• Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance calls.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication to support technical documentation and client interaction.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in IT, providing network support and administration.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in networking, including routing and switching technology.
• Possess CCNA or CCSA certification.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work extended hours, including standby duties.
• Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
