• Work with the main building contractor’s master schedule.
• Check system design and specification compliance.
• Appoint sub-contractors and establish their scope of work.
• Manage site office and storage.
• Submit shop drawings and equipment delivery schedule.
• Ensure job-site safety standards compliance.
• Monitor performance of sub-contractors.
