Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and enhance existing HVAC and cleanroom products.
• Conduct testing, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage product certification processes (e.g., ISO, safety standards).
• Maintain and uphold ISO 9001 certification requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers.
• Assist production in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
• Oversee the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual employee growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
