About the Role

We are seeking pro-active and driven Human Resources (HR) Senior Executives to join our growing team.

As an HR Senior Executive, you will play a vital role in leading talent acquisition, performance management, and manpower and career planning.

This is a people-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations across the group of companies and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the TA team, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the manpower needs across the business units
  • Organise and execute recruitment drives in collaboration with Career Centres, e2i and similar partners approximately six times per year
  • Coordinate internship programmes with universities, polytechnics and ITE, including liaising with HODs to gather requirements, engaging schools on placement periods and managing grant applications where applicable
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely follow-up actions
  • Oversee the offboarding process and provide insights on retention strategies
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports and consolidate data from all ongoing recruitment activities
  • Propose and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal procedures
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR statutory requirements
  • Able to interact confidently with business units and external parties
  • Familiarity with local education institutions is a plus
