Job description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The role is responsible for driving HR strategies, managing HR operations, and ensuring full compliance with Singapore employment legislation and MOM requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage daily Human Resources operations, including supervision of the HR team
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for professional, managerial, and specialist roles
  3. Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR and manpower strategies, including succession planning and retention initiatives
  4. Provide advisory support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in accordance with the Employment Act and company policies
  5. Oversee performance management and appraisal systems to support a high-performance culture
  6. Review and manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
  7. Develop and implement learning and development programmes to support workforce capability and skills upgrading
  8. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws
  9. Review, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business requirements
  10. Stay updated on changes to employment legislation, HR best practices, and HR technologies
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Prior HR experience within the construction industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in Singapore
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
