About the role

In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resource support and solutions to our organisation, ensuring the efficient management of our people and talent.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and address HR‑related issues, providing guidance and recommendations
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill and empower our employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision making
What we’re looking for
