Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Executive to assist with daily HR functions, including processing time cards, maintaining HR records, and preparing salary processes. The ideal candidate will manage attendance, leave, and employee files, as well as prepare necessary HR documents and handle staff scheduling. Basic accounting knowledge, government claims experience, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the day to day HR functions and duties
  • Processing and checking of time cards reports
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Preparation of salary process
  • Preparing and processing time cards checking, distribution of salary slip, all type of leave
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Preparing letters such as confirmation, Employment Letter or others
  • Answering phone calls to staff enquiries
  • Government Claims
  • Staffs scheduling
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
