• Assist Assistant Director of Human Resources on day‑to‑day administrative tasks:
• Manage schedule and appointments
• Manage OIL and AL tracking of the team
• Schedule HR outings and monthly meetings
• HR Treasurer
• Gift certificate sponsorship
• Work pass administrations and renewals
• Medical re‑examination of Work Permit holders
• Logistic support for taskforce and/or pre‑opening assignments
• Adhoc tasks
