Job summary
A dining establishment in Singapore is looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator to accurately manage payroll processes and assist with HR tasks. Responsibilities include payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Payroll Administration:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle CPF submissions, IRAS submissions (e.g. IR8A), NS claims, and other government-related contributions and reports.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Manage and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database (e.g. HRMS).
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process (e.g. issuing contracts, collecting documents, exit clearance).
- Prepare HR-related letters such as employment verification, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
- Track and manage employee leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance.
- Coordinate staff benefits and insurance enrolment and claims.
