Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Act as the go-to contact for staff queries on HR policies, employment terms, and benefits
- Handle key HR functions including recruitment, talent management, performance reviews, compensation, and development initiatives
- Administer payroll processes such as claims, overtime, bonuses, and monthly salary
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations
- Manage applications and renewals of passes, and follow up on outstanding matters
- Work with HR colleagues on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Maintain accurate employee data and align practices with HR standards
- Support audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and related submissions
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in human resource management, business management or related disciplines.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
- Prior experience in Banking & finance is preferred.
- Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.
