Job summary

A human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking & Finance. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Act as the go-to contact for staff queries on HR policies, employment terms, and benefits
  • Handle key HR functions including recruitment, talent management, performance reviews, compensation, and development initiatives
  • Administer payroll processes such as claims, overtime, bonuses, and monthly salary
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations
  • Manage applications and renewals of passes, and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Work with HR colleagues on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain accurate employee data and align practices with HR standards
  • Support audits, manpower reports, government surveys, and related submissions
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in human resource management, business management or related disciplines.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in Banking & finance is preferred.
  • Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.
